I want to address the repeated lack of communication and delays. Initially, my inquiries were ignored under the pretense of a vacation, with the promise that shipping would proceed. Later, when I was told the refund would be processed, my messages were once again ignored.
Could you explain why my messages have been disregarded on multiple occasions, despite repeated assurances? I expect a clear and immediate response, as well as confirmation of the refund completion.
